Open Treasury is operated by OpenLogic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Open Treasury service:

• Account and purchase data: Subscription and payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple (via In-App Purchase). We do not receive or store your email address or payment card details.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics about how features are used (e.g. which screens are visited). This data cannot be used to identify you.
• Support communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to help resolve your query.

Open Treasury does not collect your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any other device data. All public finance data displayed in the app is sourced from official UK government publications and contains no personal information.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the app through anonymised usage analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
